Data requests
Getting a copy of your data, correcting it, or having it deleted.
TO BE EDITED: placeholder text. Every clause below is a draft written for a qualified Greek lawyer to replace. It has not been reviewed, it is not approved, and it is not a binding statement of terms. Do not publish this site to the public with this notice still showing.
What you can ask for
- Access: a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification: correction of anything inaccurate
- Erasure: deletion, where no legal obligation requires us to keep it
- Restriction: that we stop processing while a dispute is resolved
- Portability: your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection: to processing based on legitimate interests
How to ask
Use the contact form, or email the office, stating which of the above you want. Please use the email address you booked with where you can.
Verifying who you are
We will ask you to confirm your identity before we release or delete anything, because handing somebody else's travel records to the wrong person is itself a data breach. Usually this means replying from the email address on the booking; occasionally we will ask for a booking reference.
How long we take
One month from the point we have verified who you are. If a request is complex we may extend that by a further two months, and we will tell you why before the first month is out.
If we get it wrong
You may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, and you may do so without asking us first.
